Trapeze Bar and Ring Set

The adjustable Trapeze Bar and Ring Set is a fantastic addition to any of the Supergyms (shown below hanging from a Supergym with Horizontal Bar End).  It is easily adjusted, using the screwdriver that comes with the unit, so that the bar can be set anywhere along the chain.  For variety, our children sometimes remove the rings completely and hang the bar at the lower end of the chains, to enjoy swinging upside-down from their knees and many other acrobatic manoeuvres.  With the bar removed completely, doing backwards somersaults through free-swinging rings is a great exercise for strength and agility!
